Church Life Global is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Huntsville, Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect through churchlife.global, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you choose to give us through forms on this site, such as your name, email address, phone number, city, church or organization, and any message you include. This happens when you contact us, express interest in a missions trip, join the Prayer Watch, request Marketplace Weekend information, or subscribe to email updates.

Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information automatically, such as pages visited and general usage patterns, to understand how the site is used and to keep it working well.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your questions and requests
• Send you the updates you asked for, such as trip, prayer watch, and ministry news
• Coordinate missions trips, events, and prayer watch scheduling
• Process and acknowledge donations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

We use a small number of trusted services to operate this site: an email platform to send the updates you subscribe to, a donation processor (Tithe.ly) to handle gifts securely, and internal tools that route your form submissions to our team. Donation payment details are entered directly with Tithe.ly and are never stored by us. Each provider only receives what it needs to do its job.

Every email update we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and you can also email us at info@churchlife.global to be removed from any list.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@churchlife.global and we will respond promptly.

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
